I haven't had any problems. People in office and those who have storage units here as well, are all friendly. Most storage places don't seem to have bathrooms, ever...this one does. (Which I'm grateful for that) I give it a five star rating, would recommend to family and friends!

Super helpful and very friendly. Showed actual interest in helping me get the right space for my belongings.

I have a storage unit for 9 years at About Space on South Hill in Spokane. My unit was 10 x 25 and I never had any mice or any bugs of any kind. This was a great place to keep all my holiday stuff and also my mother and daughters things that had passed and I couldn’t get rid of. Everything was in great condition when I got it out. They keep everything clean around the units and in the winter the snow is cleared so I can get to my unit at all times. All of the employees were very helpful and courteous. I would recommend this place to everyone. That is why I am giving them five stars. The photo is after I took everything out.

This review is just for the first day and customer service. There are some things I wanted in a storage unit that this place doesn't have, but they make up for it with a wonderful and caring staff and their surveillance system. Having just had a huge storage unit in the area elsewhere, completely demolished and mostly stolen I needed a place to move whatever was left, to someplace I could trust. Shelli answered all of my questions, some to my disappointment but most to reassurance. I'm not from the area, but had planned on moving nearby, but it never happened. So most of my stuff was in Stockton. Signing up was easy and fun, and I appreciated the compassion Shelli had. And the deals are pretty good, which is why I chose this one.

They have good customer service I've been with the storage for several years now. I would recommend anyone who's looking for a good place to store their goods. It's pretty safe here for the most part.

So far my experience with advanced has been a pleasant one. Staff is professional and extremely helpful as well as courteous. Facility is very secure. And they are by far the least expensive.

Overall a nice storage company. It was a little complicated working with the call center, which covers the phone lines and does not link directly to the property mgr Alanna. Sadly, the prices/discounts from the website don't include the monthly more than $20 insurance fee, which I found out about once I was signing up for my unit, so it definitely costs a lot more than storage used to be the last time I needed it. However, as others mention, there's great customer service from Alanna and the facility is clean and in an attractive spot right off the 80 in Sparks.

So far have had a pretty good experience just stared renting from them, the office lady was pretty cool and understanding it took me a few days to get into the office to get the lock and key. Kinda sucky they close the gates kinda early but understandable when you have multiple ones you don't want to stay out late shuting them. They were very helpful when I was on the fence about renting from them or not. And I got a call back a few days after talking to someone and asking questions to see if I had decided to rent from them or somewhere else. That is pretty unbelievable.

We have used this location for RV storage since December 2020 where we stored our first travel travel when moving to Mesquite. The trailer has since been sold and the new owner has maintained our storage space at this location. When we purchased our new RV, we were fortunate to obtain a space at this same location. We have been pleased with the pricing and customer service we have received. Recently new owners have taken over the property and so far our experience with the new staff has been very favorable. We look forward to the continued value and service from the new owners. We have other friends who use this facility and would recommended it to anyone considering it.

The staff were extremely friendly, and very helpful. Sign up took less than 15 minutes, and there was a nice signup deal. I’d highly recommend Shield Storage!

Gina, the property manager, is always willing to do whatever she can in her purview to meet my storage needs. She makes sure that the premises are completely secure with multiple methods including 24 hr working security cameras and lives on site along with daily grounds checks. She is always a pleasure to deal with!

We have used this storage for several years and not had any issues. We recently came back from out of state and had trouble accessing the gate, and couldn't get a hold of anyone since they were closed Mon and Thur. The website has a form you can submit, but no one responded to that either. I now know you can call the other location and they will be able to assist. For the app, find the location ID on the poster outside the gate. Use the format for your Unit# as A01 It is looking for your established gate code, not setting a new code.

They are very understanding and super patient. Thank goodness, they are working with me after having a death in the family and missing my payment. Thanks Gardian Storage.

I have Very limited time to access it not only because of the hours but I don't have a vehicle. And for 2 hours of every day they have meetings in the afternoon which cuts my access even more due to not having a gate code. The special price for the first 2 months is great tho. Overall decent experience, even better if they fix the gate?

Billy was awesome! We came in earlier today to rent a unit and he was just great the whole time. Excellent customer service with a smile and friendly attitude the whole time. We joked a little bit about how many skills he has and yes.. he got skills! The property was super clean and well maintained. Helped us set up the APP to get in and out and overall a very easy and pleasant experience. I’ll recommend that anybody who is interested in renting a unit to go by and visit Billy. He’ll set you up!

I was happy to find that when I did get there a few days after the reservation date, the unit was still available and was able to rent it with no problem. The unit I got was easy to find and I like the way you can only use the facility till 7pm so that no one is in the facility at all hours of the night. Julie was sure nice and friendly and explained everything so I wasn't confused about what I was signing and the contract I was getting into.

The storage is a pretty decent price with the online discount. Unfortunately, eveyrtime it rains or snows our property gets more and more damaged due to the unit flooding. Luckily we purchased the insurance coverage for an extra 29 a month, but that doesn't replace antiques or family memorabilia. I really wanted to leave a good review, because most of the staff was friendly and it's in a decent location... but when I went in to discuss this with the person in the office, they basically told me to call the coverage number or ask someone else.
