How to find Sun Valley Stor It in Sun Valley, NV
From the North
To reach our facility from the areas around Sun Valley Community Park , begin by heading west toward Sidehill Dr. Then, turn left onto Sidehill Dr. When you reach W 6th Ave, make a left. You will then turn right onto Sun Valley Blvd and continue driving as you pass by O’Reilly Auto Parts on the right. Our facility will be on the right.
From the South
To start, go northwest toward Sullivan Ln and turn left toward Sullivan Ln before turning left onto Sullivan Ln. Next, turn right onto NV-659 and then you will turn right onto El Rancho Dr. Lastly, you will make a right turn onto Sun Valley Blvd and head north. As you’re driving, you will pass a Domino’s Pizza and you will find our storage facility on your left.
From the East
To get to our facility from the east side of town, you will leave the Walmart shopping center by turning right after Bank of America with Drive-thru ATM which will be on your right. Then, turn right toward NV-659/N McCarran Blvd and get onto the NV-659/N McCarran Blvd. In about 1.4 miles, make a right-hand turn onto El Rancho Dr. Continue on this road until you reach Sun Valley Blvd which is where you will turn right. Head north, and as you are driving, you will pass a Domino’s Pizza on your right. As you drive, you will find our self storage facility on your left.
From the West
To begin, you will take Chisholm Trail and Opal Station Dr to E Golden Valley Rd. Then, continue onto W 7th Ave. In about a 1.5 miles, take a right turn onto Sun Valley Blvd. You will stay on this road as you pass by O’Reilly Auto Parts on the right. Our storage facility will be on the right.

I had made reservation on a unit but unfortunately I was packing and never made it to the office. I was happy to find that when I did get there a few days after the reservation date, the unit was still available and was able to rent it with no problem. The unit I got was easy to find and I like the way you can only use the facility till 7pm so that no one is in the facility at all hours of the night. Julie was sure nice and friendly and explained everything so I wasn't confused about what I was signing and the contract I was getting into.

Update: Emily in the front office addressed and fixed all of my concerns! Thank you so much for your assistance and guidance! Getting setup online was quick and easy. The storage is a pretty decent price with the online discount. Unfortunately, eveyrtime it rains or snows our property gets more and more damaged due to the unit flooding. Luckily we purchased the insurance coverage for an extra 29 a month, but that doesn't replace antiques or family memorabilia. I really wanted to leave a good review, because most of the staff was friendly and it's in a decent location... but when I went in to discuss this with the person in the office, they basically told me to call the coverage number or ask someone else.
