How to find Desert Highlands Mini Storage in Sparks, NV
From the North
After a round of golf with your friends, you will need a place to store your clubs until next time. You can find our facility just a short drive from the course! To get there, start by going southeast on N Wingfield Pkwy toward Wingfield Springs Rd. You will continue onto N Wingfield Park. Then, turn right onto Vista Blvd passing Pinocchio’s Bar & Grill on your left. When you reach Los Altos Pkwy, turn left. Then, make a right and our storage facility will be on the right.
From the South
To get to our facility from the Truckee River Greenbelt, start by heading northwest toward Larkin Cir where you will turn left. Next, make a right turn onto E Greg St. You will then continue onto Vista Blvd passing Safeway on your right. After just over 2.5 miles, you will make a slight right toward Los Altos Pkwy. You will then turn right and our facility will be on your right.
From the West
To get to our facility, take E Queen Way and Spanish Springs Rd to Sparks Blvd and turn left. Turn right onto Satellite Dr, a left onto Laser Dr, and then right onto Vista Blvd. As you drive on Vista Blvd, you will pass Pah Rah Mountain Park on your right. Then, make a left onto Los Altos Pkwy where you will turn right. You will find our self storage facility on your right.

Overall a nice storage company. It was a little complicated working with the call center, which covers the phone lines and does not link directly to the property mgr Alanna. Sadly, the prices/discounts from the website don't include the monthly more than $20 insurance fee, which I found out about once I was signing up for my unit, so it definitely costs a lot more than storage used to be the last time I needed it. However, as others mention, there's great customer service from Alanna and the facility is clean and in an attractive spot right off the 80 in Sparks.

My experience with Desert Highlands storage has been great so far! From the moment I walked into the office; the level of professionalism and friendliness provided by the manager, Alanna, was outstanding. She patiently answered all of my questions and set me up with a very nice unit close to the entrance/exit gate which is very helpful and efficient. I visited two other facilities prior to stopping by Desert Highlands. Neither of the other two came close in terms of cleanliness or helpful and care that Alanna offers her customers.
